What is Becoming Brave?

Becoming Brave is a 2-day workshop designed to provide practical tools for parenting children whose worries or fears are making life more difficult for them (or their parents!).  The workshop involves instruction, coaching, and group activities, spread across 2 days. Workshop size is limited to allow for a collaborative environment and individualized attention from the group facilitator.  Becoming Brave is designed to equip parents and caregivers who are looking for more information and practical tools to help their children live fearlessly, able to face and even enjoy life's challenges..

Who should come to Becoming Brave?

Becoming Brave is designed for parents or caregivers of children ages 4-18 who want to better understand and learn strategies for reducing child and adolescent worries, fears, and/or anxiety that they can implement at home.
